We are seeking retired law enforcement professionals to serve as School Security Officers in Chappaqua, NY. This role offers a stable daytime schedule, professional environment, and the opportunity to continue protecting and mentoring within a school community.

No overnight shifts or rotating schedules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible security presence on campus
• Monitor school grounds and identify safety concerns
• Respond to incidents and follow established security protocols
• Complete incident reports and documentation
• Support staff, students, and visitors professionally
• Assist with de-escalation and emergency response when needed

Qualifications

• Retired Law Enforcement Officer (10+ years required)
• Valid NYS Security Guard License
• 16-Hour OJT Certificate
• Valid Driver’s License (3+ years)
• Prior security experience preferred
• CPR/AED certification a plus
