SECURITY SUPERVISOR / ROVER 40 hrs – AM / PM shifts Available

United Security Services Inc. is looking for Security Supervisors and Rover with current verifiable Security Supervisor experience.

* SCHEDULE AVAILABLE: MORNING & AFTERNOON SHIFT

### MUST BE 25 YRS OR OLDER AND HAVE 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE. CLEAN DRIVING RECORD.###

REQUIREMENTS FOR SECURITY SUPERVISOR/ROVER:

* Must have a valid Florida Class D Security Officers License.

* Must be able to speak and write in English clearly.

* Minimum High School Diploma / GED Equivalent

* Well groomed without long hair, face jewelry or face tattoos

* Must be able to follow instructions and work unsupervised

* Must be professional and reliable.

* Required to work weekends, holidays, nights and overtime

* Exceptional customer service and communications skills

* Clean Driving Record

RESPONSIBILITY OF SECURITY SUPERVISOR:

• CCTV monitoring
• Oversee and Manage Clubhouse and Gatehouse Security Officers
• Daily Activity Reports
• Daily Vehicle Inspections.
• Answering Phones
• Delivering Quality Service to Residents
• Provide Coaching, Training & Discipline to Security Officers within Approved Guidelines
• Security Deggy Patrols by Foot and/or Vehicle (Rover)
• Response to Incidents, Resident and Staff Calls for Service.
• Conduct Weekly and Monthly Safety Checks of Emergency Equipment
• Possibility of Working in Various Environments, Including Cold, Rain & Heat
• Possessing Effective Interpersonal Skills With Ability to Deal With All Types & Level of Personnel and the General Public in a Professional and Effective Manner
• Ability to Use Initiative and Independent Judgement within Established Guidelines

COMPENSATION:

Time and half for any holidays worked, time and a half after 40 hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour
