Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and highly alert Armed Retail Security Officer to protect a retail location in Wynwood, Miami. This position requires excellent situational awareness, strong customer service, and the ability to respond calmly and effectively to any security concerns.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible, professional security presence in the retail environment
• Monitor the sales floor, entrances, and high-value areas
• Deter theft, shoplifting, and disruptive behavior
• Intervene or de-escalate incidents when necessary
• Maintain communication with store management and TD Protection supervisors
• Complete accurate activity and incident reports
• Follow all company procedures and safety protocols

Requirements

• Valid Florida Class D Security License
• Valid Florida Class G Security License
• Must provide your own firearm and duty gear
• Prior armed security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable transportation to Wynwood, Miami
• Ability to stand or walk for the duration of the shift
