Responsibilities

• Provide close protection for executives and VIPs during daily activities, travel, and public appearances
• Conduct thorough surveillance using CCTV systems and other monitoring tools to identify potential threats or suspicious activity
• Implement conflict management strategies to de-escalate tense situations swiftly and effectively
• Perform regular security patrols on foot or vehicle to monitor premises and secure access points
• Respond promptly to emergencies with appropriate first aid or CPR when necessary, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed
• Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security records to ensure accountability and continuous improvement
• Assist with loss prevention measures by monitoring for theft or unauthorized access while upholding respectful treatment of all individuals

Skills

• Proven experience in law enforcement, military, or private security environments with a focus on executive protection
• Strong surveillance skills utilizing CCTV systems and other electronic monitoring tools
• Certified in first aid and CPR, with the ability to provide immediate assistance during emergencies
• Excellent conflict management skills, capable of diffusing volatile situations calmly and professionally
• Knowledge of security protocols, loss prevention techniques, and access control procedures
• Ability to remain alert for extended periods while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
• Familiarity with CCTV operation, law enforcement procedures, and basic emergency response protocols
