Upscale Security Officer – Bilingual ( Must speak English and Spanish)

Job Overview
We are seeking a professional, polished, and customer-focused Security Officer to join our team at a premier Class A concierge office building. The ideal candidate will provide a safe and secure environment for tenants, guests, vendors, and staff while delivering exceptional customer service that reflects the high standards of our property.

We are looking for:

• Front Desk/ Golf Cart Patrol: Monday to Friday from 7am to 2pm and Saturday from 7am to 1pm
• Golf Cart Patrol: Monday – Thursday from 6pm to 3am

Areas: Boca Raton: 33432/ Pompano Beach FL, 33062

Duties

• Monitor and patrol the property to ensure the safety and security of all occupants.
• Control access to the building and verify visitor credentials.
• Greet tenants and guests in a courteous, professional manner.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, alarms, and tenant concerns.
• Conduct routine inspections of building entrances, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter grounds.
• Prepare detailed and accurate incident, activity, and maintenance reports.
• Coordinate with building management, concierge staff, and emergency responders when necessary.
• Enforce property policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Skills

• Previous experience in a security or law enforcement role.
• Provided evidence of have served at least 2 years in a responsible full-time security position.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle emergency situations with composure and professionalism.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• You must have a valid Class D License;
• You must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English
• Must be able to read, write and understand Spanish
• You must agree to be subjected to a criminal background check
• You must be able to pass a drug screen
• You must be legally eligible for employment in the United States (you will be required to provide documentation to verify eligibility)
