Supervisor – Bilingual Security Officer must speak both English and Spanish (2 years Exp.)

Schedule:

• Supervisor: Monday to Wednesday from 11pm to 7am
• Supervisor: Wednesday to Sunday from 3pm to 11pm

Job Overview
Ensures a safe and secure environment for both customers and employees by actively patrolling and monitoring the premises and personnel. Oversees overall team performance by training staff, evaluating individual and group effectiveness, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Also responsible for motivating team members, resolving conflicts, and serving as a communication bridge between upper management and the team.

Job Duties:

• Prevent access of unauthorized individuals.
• Secures premises by patrolling, monitoring and surveilling assigned area in regards to post orders.
• Challenges anyone engaged in suspicious activity.
• Will report any irregularities and call law enforcement if needed.
• Completes incidents and shift reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Maintains organization’s stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Officer must be willing to stay past his regular shift if necessary.
• Must be willing to work on weekends.
• Training new staff and enforce the compliance of Post Orders.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Security as a Site Supervisor or law enforcement role
• You must be legally eligible for employment in the United States (you will be required to provide documentation to verify eligibility
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle emergency situations with composure and professionalism.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must have open availability/ Flexible hours.
• You must have a valid Class D License
• You must have a valid Class G License
• You must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English and Spanish (required)
• You must agree to be subjected to a criminal background check
• You must be able to pass a drug screen
