Unarmed Security Guard FT for luxury residential property in Aventura, FL

MUST HAVE A VALID FLORIDA SECURITY OFFICER CLASS D LICENSE

MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE

Open Shifts:

MORNINGS, AFTERNOONS, EVENINGS, AND OVERNIGHTS

MUST be able to pass drug test

MUST be able to pass background check

MUST be able to STAND and STAY AWAKE for extended periods of time

Must have GREAT communication and written skills

Must have neat presentable appearance

Must have personal RELIABLE transportation

Must have excellent communication skills and customer service

Must have a positive can-do attitude

Must have experience writing various types of reports

• Execute security and public safety services as outlined in site-specific post orders and directed by security management
• Security Officers are required to observe and report suspicious activities and persons
• Security Officers are required to write detailed narrative reports and maintain daily activity reports
• Enforce rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and respond to emergency situations requiring security assistance
• Maintain written record of all incoming and outgoing transmissions, incident reports, and follow up documentation
• Ensure all related equipment is in proper working order and notify superiors of equipment defects and/or malfunctions
• Provide daily briefing/pass-down information to following shift personnel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour
