Armed Protection Officer- Private Community (Military Veterans & Former Law Enforcement Only)

A Private residential community is seeking experienced Armed Security Professionals to join its protection team.

Currently seeking Full-Time, Part-Time, and Flex (On-Call) Armed Security Officers.

This position is seeking Military Veterans or Former Law Enforcement Officers.

Position Overview

Armed security officers will be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure environment through access control operations and mobile patrols, while working closely with the professional security team.

Primary Duties

• Conduct access control at designated entry points
• Perform mobile patrols throughout the community
• Monitor Camera System
• Monitor and respond to security incidents or suspicious activity
• Maintain a visible, professional security presence
• Work collaboratively with other officers and supervisors
• Complete accurate incident reports and daily activity logs
• Work in close relationship with local law enforcement

Minimum Requirements

• Military Veteran or Former Law Enforcement (required)
• Valid Florida Class D and Class G License
• License sponsorship available for qualified candidates who are not currently licensed
• Clean driver’s license and strong driving record
• Ability to work effectively as part of a professional team
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• High level of integrity, reliability, and situational awareness

Pay: $58,000.00 – $66,560.00 per year
