Security Site Supervisor

This is a leadership role for a motivated professional who can supervise officers on site, ensure protocol compliance, and maintain the highest standards of security and customer service.

Position: Security Supervisor

• Location: Miami Beach, FL
• Pay Rate: $21.00 – $23 per hour

Schedule:

• 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm – Tuesday – Sunday
• OFF– Monday & Tuesday

Key Responsibilities May Include:

• Supervising and supporting on-site security officers
• Ensuring access control, patrol coverage, and post orders are followed
• Monitoring daily activity logs and incident reports
• Acting as point of contact between management and security staff
• Conducting shift briefings and on-the-job training
• Responding to incidents and emergencies professionally and efficiently
• Maintaining a visible, professional presence at all times

Supervisor Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Security Supervisor or Lead Officer (required)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – is a plus!
• Strong leadership, communication, and report-writing skills(required)

Supporting Documentation Required at Interview:

• Valid Florida Security Class D
