Job Description:
The Loss Prevention Specialist is responsible for securing company assets, monitoring for theft or suspicious activity, and enforcing security policies at our cross-dock facility during the overnight shift. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting regular patrols and surveillance of the facility
  • Monitoring CCTV systems and investigating suspicious activity
  • Ensuring compliance with company security policies
  • Assisting with investigations related to theft, property damage, or violations
  • Collaborating with cross-dock leadership to implement preventative security measures
  • Conducting security checks on inbound and outbound freight to prevent loss
  • Coordinating with local law enforcement when necessary
  • Maintaining detailed incident reports and records of security-related matters

Job Requirements:
? Previous experience in loss prevention, security, or warehouse operations preferred
? Ability to work independently and take initiative during overnight hours
? Strong attention to detail and observational skills
? Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and conduct physical security checks
? Basic knowledge of CCTV monitoring and incident reporting
? Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
? Must pass a background check and drug screening
Wage Range: 20.00 – 20.00 per hour
