Conduct routine patrols throughout the apartment complex, including common areas, parking lots, entrances, and exterior areas.

Monitor the property for suspicious activity, trespassing, safety hazards, and violations of property rules.

Maintain a professional and highly visible security presence.

Respond appropriately to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations.

Document all incidents and unusual activity through detailed and accurate reports.

Maintain daily security and patrol logs.

Enforce property policies in a respectful, professional, and consistent manner.

Assist residents and guests when appropriate while maintaining security responsibilities.

Immediately report serious incidents or safety concerns to supervisors, property management, and/or emergency services.

Cooperate professionally with property management and local law enforcement when required.

• Valid Florida Class D Security Officer License REQUIRED
• Must speak and communicate fluently in English

Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Must be able to write clear and professional incident reports.

Must be reliable, punctual, and consistently available for the Friday–Sunday schedule.

Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while on duty.

Must be observant and capable of remaining alert throughout the entire shift.

Must be able to remain calm and professional during emergencies or confrontational situations.

Previous security experience is preferred.

Must be able to pass all required background checks and screenings.
