An established private security company is seeking professional, bilingual Unarmed Security Officers for upscale residential communities in the Aventura and Bal Harbour areas.

We are looking for individuals who take pride in delivering excellent customer service, communicate confidently, and understand the importance of maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well-organized residential environment.

These positions are ideal for candidates with experience in residential security, gatehouse operations, concierge services, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a professional and welcoming security presence for residents, guests, and visitors.
• Manage access control at residential entrances, gatehouses, and assigned security stations.
• Verify visitors, contractors, vendors, and deliveries.
• Monitor surveillance systems and report suspicious activity.
• Respond professionally to resident inquiries, incidents, and security concerns.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, visitor records, and incident documentation.
• Operate electronic access control systems and digital security reporting platforms.
• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, and supervisors.
• Follow established post orders, emergency procedures, and property protocols.
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.

Required Qualifications

• Active Florida Class D Security License.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory).
• Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance, communication, and conduct.
• Ability to communicate clearly and prepare written reports in English.
• Proficiency with technology, including smartphones, computers, and digital reporting applications.
• Previous security, residential, hospitality, or customer-service experience preferred.
• Excellent attendance, punctuality, and reliability.
• Ability to remain attentive and handle situations professionally.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability to work assigned schedules, including weekends and holidays when required.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
