About the Role:
Nation Security is looking for an experienced, hands-on Bilingual Security Field Supervisor to lead and support our on-site teams in Doral, FL. This position requires a proactive leader who ensures safety, professionalism, and exceptional client service in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. The ideal candidate leads by example, makes sound decisions in the field, and maintains a strong professional presence at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise security officers, ensuring full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and post orders.
• Site Oversight: Conduct regular site inspections and maintain accurate logs, reports, and incident documentation.
• Incident Management: Respond to incidents promptly, investigate thoroughly, and provide detailed follow-up reports.
• Professional Standards: Uphold company policies, demonstrate sound judgment, and lead with professionalism.
• Visibility: Maintain a visible, authoritative presence across assigned sites.
• Flexibility: Work flexible schedules, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in security or law enforcement.
• Valid Florida Class D and Class G Security Licenses required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – both verbal and written proficiency.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License with a clean record and reliable transportation.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a background check (no felony convictions) and use smartphones/reporting technology confidently.
