Role Overview
As a Security Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and property. Your vigilance and professionalism will help ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Safeguard personnel, visitors, and property.
• Conduct regular patrols and monitor surveillance systems.
• Inspect buildings, access points, and security equipment.
• Control access, respond to alarms or incidents, and investigate suspicious activity.
• Enforce company policies, document irregularities, and manage incidents professionally.
• Direct traffic and oversee access control as needed.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate daily logs.
• Monitor building systems and report safety or maintenance concerns.
• Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and legal regulations.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs when required.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida Class D Security License (required)
• Valid Florida Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Professional appearance with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable using computers and writing clear reports
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must own a smartphone for communication and reporting
