Security Field Supervisor – Bilingual English/ Spanish

About the Role
Nation Security is seeking a reliable, experienced, and professional Security Field Supervisor to join our leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily field operations, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and provide our clients with exceptional protection and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies at assigned sites.
• Maintain a professional demeanor, appearance, and communication at all times.
• Lead, coach, and motivate security officers to consistently meet operational standards and uphold post orders.
• Conduct routine site inspections and review officer reports, logs, and incident documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Respond to incidents, carry out investigations, and prepare detailed follow-up reports.
• Demonstrate leadership through sound judgment, professionalism, and effective decision-making.
• Adapt to changing priorities and schedules within a 24/7 operational environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in security or law enforcement.
• Florida Class D Security License (required); Class G License for armed positions.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED required; additional security or law enforcement training is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, safety procedures, and incident response.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong customer service skills.
• Flexible availability, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable using smartphones, reporting apps, and digital monitoring tools.
• Must pass a background check; no felony convictions.
