Security Field Supervisor – Nation Security

Nation Security is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and detail-oriented Security Field Supervisor to join our leadership team. In this key role, you will oversee field operations, uphold the highest standards of safety and professionalism, and ensure exceptional service for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies consistently across all sites.
• Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and conduct at all times.
• Supervise, mentor, and support security officers, ensuring compliance with post orders and operational standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and review reports, logs, and incident documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Respond to and investigate incidents, preparing detailed follow-up reports.
• Lead by example, demonstrating sound judgment and effective decision-making.
• Adapt to varying schedules and operational needs to support a 24/7 security environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in security or law enforcement.
• Valid Florida Class D Security License (required).
• Valid Florida Class G Security License (required if armed).
• Valid Florida Driver’s License with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED required; formal security or law enforcement training preferred.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, safety procedures, and incident management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written communication is required)
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible availability, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable using smartphones and reporting technology.
• Must pass a background check; no felony convictions.
