The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience, be fluent in English and Spanish; and possess both Security D and G Licenses along with a personal firearm.

The Supervisor will:

• Oversee and implement organizational procedures and strategies.
• Supervise and guide employees to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Exhibit professional conduct and appearance, setting a benchmark for the team.
• Complete required reports and log entries diligently.
• Investigate security incidents and make decisive judgments adhering to our best practices, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain active security licenses and ensure a clean driving record.

Experience Required:

• Fluent in English; Spanish is advantageous.
• Possess both Security D and G Licenses.
• Personal firearm for ARMED Security Supervisor role.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Impeccable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comprehensive understanding of security operations, safety procedures, and best practices.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Flexible availability, including afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Effective communication skills, both orally and written.
• Valid class D and G licenses issued by the State of Florida.
• Valid FL Driver’s License
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Proficient in using a smartphone.
• Must pass a background check.
• Strong communication skills in a multicultural, professional setting.
• Ability to complete security-related tasks on time and to standard.

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
