Dispatch Supervisor

Nation Security is seeking a dedicated & detail-oriented Dispatcher's Supervisor for our Miami Office.

The Dispatcher's Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing our overnight security operation in the Miami area. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients, personnel, and assets while upholding the highest standards of service and professionalism.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of five dispatchers on our overnight shift. Provide work instructions and coaching of immediate dispatch staff.
• Ensure accurate data is maintained in the dispatch routing software, complying with all company policies and procedures.
• Ensure that dispatch personnel are effectively performing as they should.
• Communicate with management as needed to maximize efficiencies and resolve issues.
• Monitor all overnight shift's reports to ensure that all deliveries are being completed in a timely manner.
• Ensures all phone calls are handled in a timely, professional and courteous manner.

Candidate's requirements:

• Candidate must be able to work overnight. This is an overnight role.
• Candidate must be able to work from our office, located in Doral FL. This is not a remote position.
• Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Dispatcher for a security company.
• Candidate must possess leadership skills and great attention to detail
• Capable of multi-tasking and professionally interacting with others in a fast-paced, work environment.
• Ability to use good judgment, initiative, and make good decisions with limited supervision.
• Must have strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage a workforce to meet customer expectations.
• Strong internal and external customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a dynamic environment.
