Security Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and vigilant Security Supervisor to lead our security team in safeguarding our premises, personnel, and assets. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily security operations, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and coordinate emergency responses. Your proactive approach will foster a secure environment where everyone feels protected and confident. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and possesses strong leadership skills to manage security personnel effectively while maintaining high standards of safety and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security staff to ensure consistent enforcement of safety policies and procedures.
• Oversee surveillance activities using CCTV systems to monitor premises continuously for suspicious activity or security breaches.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify potential hazards, unauthorized access, or safety violations.
• Respond promptly to incidents, conflicts, or emergencies, applying conflict management techniques and liaising with law enforcement when necessary.
• Implement loss prevention strategies by monitoring access points, inspecting for theft or vandalism, and managing security checkpoints.
• Provide first aid and CPR when needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of all personnel on site.
• Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security records accurately for review and compliance purposes.

Experience

• Proven experience in security supervision or a related field such as law enforcement, military service, or private security.
• Strong knowledge of surveillance systems including CCTV operation and monitoring techniques.
• Familiarity with conflict management practices and emergency response procedures.
• Certifications in first aid, CPR, or related health & safety training are highly desirable.
