We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Security Operations Manager to oversee security operations within the central area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising security personnel, ensuring site compliance, maintaining strong client relationships, and making sure all security procedures and protocols are properly followed.
This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The selected candidate will also work closely with the Director of Operations to ensure smooth and effective security operations across assigned locations.
Florida Class D Security License (Required)
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Required)
Minimum of 3 years of security supervision or leadership experience required
Flexible and on-call schedule availability

Strong computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience using security equipment and protocols
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background check and drug test)
Bilingual candidates preferred
Interact with clients, residents, visitors, and guests in a professional manner
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and support
Develop and implement site-specific security policies and procedures
Ensure officers perform all assigned duties including timesheets, daily logs, activity reports, and incident reports
Review and verify reports and logs for accuracy and completeness
Address and resolve employee relations and payroll concerns in a timely manner
Recruit, hire, and train security officers to ensure adequate coverage and performance
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with uniform and equipment standards
Utilize and monitor security equipment such as CCTV, radios, and computers/tablets
Communicate important information to the team promptly and effectively
Manage security personnel, including scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions when necessary
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
