Security Officer

Seeking skilled and dependable Security Officers to join our growing Florida operations. The ideal candidate will have strong situational awareness, excellent communication skills, and a professional, customer-focused demeanor.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring a safe, welcoming, and secure environment for all employees, tenants, and visitors. Responsibilities: Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized activities and ensure safety. Monitor premises via patrols, surveillance cameras, and access control systems. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations. Write accurate, detailed daily activity and incident reports. Interact professionally with tenants, guests, and staff while enforcing site rules. Support emergency procedures, including evacuations or medical responses. Work collaboratively with supervisors and local law enforcement when needed.

Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Valid Florida Security Class D License or ability to obtain one. Excellent observation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Professional appearance and demeanor required. Must pass background screening and drug testing. Preferred Attributes: Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail. Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
