Luxury Condominium – Residential Security Attendant

Location: Sunny Isles Beach, FL
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Schedule 1500-2300 Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday

Job Overview

We are seeking a professional, customer-service-focused Security Guard for a luxurious condominium in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. This role is ideal for an experienced security professional who understands how to balance safety, hospitality, and resident relations while strictly following post orders and company policies. The residential security attendant should be impeccably mannered & discreet.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, guests, and staff
• Greet and assist residents and visitors in a courteous, professional manner
• Monitor access points, conduct patrols, and enforce property rules
• Follow all standard operating procedures, and company policies
• Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents and resident concerns
• Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports
• Uphold a polished, professional appearance at all times

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of security experience (preferred)
• Condominium or residential security experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Must meet all state licensing requirements
• Must have consistently reliable transportation to the site
• Language Skills: Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language. Spanish is a plus but not required.
