Security Officer – Ultra-Luxury Condominium

Location: Miami Beach, FL

Compensation: $25.00 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish), highly experienced Security Professional to serve at an ultra-luxury oceanfront condominium in South Beach. This is a white-glove residential environment where hospitality, discretion, and professional presence are essential. The ideal candidate has significant experience working specifically in luxury condominium or high-end residential security environments and understands the elevated expectations of residents. While military or law enforcement backgrounds are valued, proven luxury condominium security experience is strongly preferred. We require a professional with 6–8 years of verifiable security experience, ideally within upscale residential properties, executive residential communities, or five-star hotel environments.

White-Glove Service Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests with polished professionalism
• Provide bilingual communication (English/Spanish) with confidence and courtesy
• Maintain a visible yet refined lobby presence
• Coordinate discreetly with concierge, valet, and property management teams
• Provide resident focused assistance while maintaining situational awareness
• Uphold the property’s luxury image at all times

Security & Operational Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patrols of interior, exterior, garage, beach access, and amenity areas
• Monitor CCTV, access control, and visitor management systems
• Verify vendors, contractors, and deliveries per post orders
• Respond professionally to fire alarms, medical emergencies, disturbances, and suspicious activity
• De-escalate situations calmly and respectfully
• Enforce community standards and condominium policies
• Complete accurate, detailed incident and daily activity reports
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding residents and operations

Required Qualifications

• 6–8 years of verifiable professional security experience
• Luxury condominium or high-end residential security experience strongly preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Strong hospitality and customer service skills
• Experience interacting with high-net-worth individuals
• Active Florida Class D Security License (Class G preferred)
• Clean background and professional references
• Ability to stand and patrol for extended periods
• Reliable transportation

Preferred Background

• Prior service at luxury condominiums, private residential towers, or five-star hotels
• Experience in access control, concierge style security, and resident engagement
• Military or law enforcement background (preferred but not required)
• Strong conflict resolution and report writing skills
