A luxury residential property in Miami Beach is seeking a professional and dependable Overnight Front Desk Agent to join our team. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in luxury residential buildings, high-end condominiums, or luxury hotels who excel in customer service, security awareness, and overnight operations.

The Overnight Front Desk Agent plays a critical role in maintaining resident satisfaction, safety, and operational continuity during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and vendors with a high level of professionalism and hospitality
• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk during overnight shifts
• Answer incoming phone calls clearly, professionally, and accurately
• Monitor building access points and control entry to ensure resident safety
• Observe surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and emergency equipment
• Identify and report safety concerns or suspicious activity to on-site security
• Maintain accurate and detailed daily activity and incident logs
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid or CPR when required

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in a luxury residential front desk, concierge, or hotel front desk role
• Strong written communication and reporting skills
• Excellent customer service and hospitality background
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work independently and remain alert overnight
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual candidates strongly preferred

(Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, or Hebrew)

• Experience working in luxury condominiums, high-rise residential buildings, or luxury hotels
• Familiarity with access control systems and security procedures
• Strong report-writing and communication skills
• High level of integrity and situational awareness
• Ability to remain alert and professional overnight
