Position Title: Extra Service Security Officer (Temporary Assignment)

Location: Luxury Apartment Community in North Miami

Schedule: Monday through Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Security Officer for an extra service (temporary) assignment at a prestigious luxury apartment community. Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, vendors, and visitors professionally
• Maintain a visible security presence throughout the property
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management
• Conduct routine patrols of the community
• Respond to resident requests and security concerns promptly
• Document incidents and complete daily activity reports
• Uphold community policies and security procedures
• Deliver outstanding customer service in a luxury residential setting

Qualifications

• Valid Florida Class D Security License required
• Previous security, concierge, hospitality, or residential experience preferred
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service background
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Ability to walk, stand, and patrol for extended periods
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
