Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols throughout assigned areas to identify and address potential security issues
• Monitor CCTV surveillance systems to oversee property and detect suspicious activity
• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies with confidence and professionalism
• Manage access control by verifying identities of visitors, contractors, and employees
• Engage in conflict management by de-escalating tense situations with tact and diplomacy
• Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing and reporting theft or vandalism activities
• Maintain detailed logs of patrols, incidents, and observations for record-keeping purposes

Experience

• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly valued
• Knowledge of surveillance technology such as CCTV systems is preferred
• Certification in first aid and CPR is a plus, demonstrating readiness to handle emergencies
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and security protocols is advantageous
• Ability to quickly assess situations and respond effectively in emergency scenarios
