About the Role

Fulfillment Hub USA is seeking a professional, reliable, and customer-service-oriented Security Guard to oversee access control, maintain a safe workplace, and provide front desk support at our Miami warehouse.

This position serves as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors. The ideal candidate is observant, detail-oriented, and able to remain calm and professional while enforcing company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the facility.
• Welcome employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel.
• Verify visitor identification and maintain visitor logs.
• Ensure all visitors are authorized before entering the facility.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate department or employee.
• Verify that all personnel entering the warehouse are wearing appropriate PPE and required safety attire, including closed-toe shoes.
• Enforce company safety and security policies at all times.
• Inspect bags, backpacks, and personal belongings of employees and visitors when exiting the facility, following company procedures.
• Monitor security cameras and surveillance systems throughout the day.
• Patrol designated areas of the facility to identify safety or security concerns.
• Report suspicious activity, safety hazards, policy violations, or security incidents immediately.
• Prepare accurate incident reports with detailed documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse management during emergency situations.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
• Receive and notify employees of deliveries or visitors.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding company operations and security procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in security, reception, customer service, or access control.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, or corporate environment preferred.
• Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond appropriately to emergencies.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and email).
• Security license is a plus but not required.
