FPI Security Services is a trusted provider of professional security solutions throughout South Florida. We are currently seeking dependable and professional Bilingual (English & Spanish) Unarmed Security Officers to join our team.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS

A valid Florida Class D Security License and a valid Driver’s License are required for this position.

Part-Time (24 Hours Weekly)

• Friday – Sunday
• 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Security Officer to perform Golf Cart Patrol, Gatehouse Security, and Foot Patrol duties as needed. In this important role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, and employees while ensuring that only authorized individuals gain access to the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access at the gatehouse while maintaining strict security procedures.
• Conduct golf cart and foot patrols throughout the property.
• Accurately document visitor logs, incidents, and daily activity reports.
• Communicate effectively with site management and fellow security personnel.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Respond appropriately to security concerns and emergencies.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida Class D Security License.
• Valid Driver’s License (Required).
• Previous gatehouse, patrol, or related security experience preferred.
• Excellent observation and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to operate modern security systems and technology.
• Professional attitude with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required).
