Mid-Shift Bilingual Security Officer – Luxury Condo – Brickell (Part time / In-House)

Salary based on experience. Family oriented team. Looking for long-term candidates.

List of requirements for this position:

• Applicant must be Bilingual. Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to stand and walk while monitoring common areas and patrolling the building.
• Must have a valid State of Florida Security "D" License.
• Be flexible to work different shifts: morning, afternoon, and/or night based on availability.
• Ability to complete detailed incident reports and on-duty logs.
• Must be professional, reliable and ensure that the building, its residents, guests, and employees, are always safe and secure.
• Must maintain excellent attendance, punctuality, and a professional appearance at all times.
• Be courteous to residents and guests, offering assistance with customer service skills, patience, attentiveness, and clear communications.
• Eager to learn the building systems and policies, while providing first response and support when and where needed.
• Have basic PC skills and knowledge of Excel, Word, and other common software.
