Elite Guard is in search of four (4) experienced unarmed security officer candidates for a set of commercial shopping centers near Northern Dade and Southern Broward. This position requires a Class D Security License from the State of Florida and a minimum of two (2) year(s) security experience as a Rover

Commercial Property 1: Wed. – Sun. (2:00PM – 10:00PM) "CAL"

OFF DAYS = Monday & Tuesday

Commercial Property 2: Mon. – Fri. (2:00PM – 10:00PM) "DM"

OFF DAYS = Saturday & Sunday

Commercial Property 3: Sat. – Wed. (2:00PM – 10:00PM) "CW" / OFF DAYS = Thurs. & Fri.

Commercial Property 1, 2, 3 – Sat, Sun ("DM"), Mon, Tue ("CAL"), Thurs, Fri ("CW)

OFF DAYS = Wednesday

Pay: Ranging from $20.00 – $21.00 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Rover : Foot patrols, incident reporting, touring/scanning sensors, enforcing rules, monitoring parking. Primary objective, deter, prevent and remove all vagabonds or vagrants from the premises for solicitation or unauthorized entry into a store front. If in the event, the trespasser is confronted by Security two (2) consecutive times in one (1) day; and refuses to leave the premises, the Officer MUST contact local Law Enforcement immediately.

REQUIREMENTS:

• MUST have a minimum of two (2) years Security Rover experience.
• Must possess a valid State of Florida Class D Unarmed Security Officer License
• *Class offered for $175.00
• Must have the ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Minimum High School Diploma / GED Equivalent
• Must be able to clearly communicate in English. (Spanish Required)
• Well groomed and capable of performing all physical requirements
• Pass an extensive background check (criminal record, driving record, drug testing, unemployment/workers compensation claims, etc.)
• Must have reliable transportation.

SALARY: $20.00 – $21.00/hour
