Security Guard

Elite Guard is in search of an experienced officer for a post in Hammocks, Kendall, Cutler Bay, Homestead area. This position requires a Class D Security License from the State of Florida.

Job Type: Full-time/ Part time

Position: Rover Security

Monday – Sunday: Morning, Afternoon and Overnight

Pay: Ranging from $18.00 – $18.50 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Rover : Foot patrols, incident reporting, touring/scanning sensors, enforcing rules, monitoring parking, etc. Duties are conducted in a marked Elite Guard Patrol vehicle.

REQUIREMENTS:

• MUST have previous Roving security experience.
• Must possess a valid State of Florida Class D Unarmed Security Officer License (Class offered for $175.00 FREE with ACCEPTED POST and successful completion of a ninety (90) day probation)
• Must have the ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Must be able to clearly communicate and write in English. Spanish not required, but preferred.
• Minimum High School Diploma / GED Equivalent
• Well groomed and capable of performing all physical requirements
• Pass an extensive background check (criminal record, driving record, drug testing, unemployment/workers compensation claims, etc.)
• Must have reliable form of transportation.

SALARY: $18.00 – $18.50 / hour
