Front Desk Supervisor

Elite Guard and Patrol Services is in search of a front desk concierge supervisor for a high rise condominium in Fort Lauderdale Beach!

We are looking for motivated individuals who can deliver a five-star customer service experience for our clients with a professional demeanor while maintaining a safe and secure environment, while leading and coaching a team of 6 other officers!

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Desk Supervisor: monitor the activities of your team, ensure proper procedures are being followed through ALL shifts, take corrective action with any employees not exceeding the clients expectations, and setting the example on the professional level of service we expect from all officers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 per hour
