Director of Security

Security Company seeking a dynamic Director of Security personal for high-end condominium associations and high-rise condominiums. The applicant must possess an energetic style with patience and respect for all prospective clients/employees. A self-starter with a strong commitment to teamwork and personal development. English/Spanish preferred. Insurance/Benefits offered.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Overseeing and working, when necessary:

• Rover : Foot patrols, incident reporting, touring/scanning sensors, enforcing rules, monitoring parking, etc.

Supervisory duties include training/retraining of officers, holding staff meetings, acting as the liaison between the client and Elite Guard, reprimanding officers, and ensuring all aspects of the post orders are being executed by the security team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• MUST have previous condominium security supervisory/management experience (minimum 3 years)
• Must possess a valid State of Florida Class D Unarmed Security Officer License (classes offered)
• Must have the ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Must be able to clearly communicate in English. Spanish not required, but preferred
• Minimum High School Diploma / GED Equivalent
• Must be a minimum 21 years of age
• Well groomed and capable of performing all physical requirements
• Pass an extensive background check (criminal record, driving record, drug testing, unemployment/workers compensation claims, etc.)
