Capital Protection Solutions is currently hiring professional and dependable Unarmed Security Officers for multiple positions throughout the Pompano area,We are looking for strong-minded, alert, and customer service-oriented individuals who can maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients and residents.

Available Positions

– Rover Patrol Officers

Responsibilities:

– Monitor and control property access points

– Verify visitors, vendors, and residents entering the property

– Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas and property grounds

– Report suspicious activity, incidents, or violations

– Maintain detailed activity and incident reports

– Provide excellent customer service while enforcing property rules

– Respond professionally to emergencies and disturbances

– Communicate effectively with supervisors, residents, and management

Requirements:

– Minimum 2–3 years of security experience

– Valid Florida Class D Security License

– Reliable transportation

– Professional appearance and demeanor

– Strong communication and observation skills

– Must be dependable and punctual

– Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

– Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred for some positions

– Experience in residential communities, HOA, condominium, or gatehouse operations is a plus

Pay:

– Starting pay ranges from $15–$17per hour

– Pay rate depends on experience, location, and assigned position
