Unarmed Security Officer (Overnight)

We are currently hiring unarmed, bilingual (English/Spanish) Security Officer at a Gate House for an upscale, building in Fort Lauderdale.

Duties may include conducting foot patrols, checking proper documentation to enter the building and submitting various reports to management. This position requires standing for long periods of time.

Compensation:

• $18.00 per hour

Available Schedules:

Schedule 1. (48 Hours) Rover

• 23:00-07:00 -Friday- Wednesday
• OFF– Thursday

Schedule 2:

• OFF- Tuesday & Wednesday
• 15:00-23:00– Thursday- Monday

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1-2 years of verifiable experience.
• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
• Must have a well-groomed, professional appearance. Candidates must meet the company’s established grooming standards.
• Must have strong customer service skills.
• Must have a valid Class D Security Officer License
• Must be able to pass a criminal background investigation and drug screening.
• Strong command of the English language (Bilingual in Spanish is required)
• Must have basic computer skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
