Overnight Security Officer – Residential Condominium

Duties

• Monitor all entry and exit points of the condominium using CCTV systems and physical patrols to prevent unauthorized access.
• Conduct thorough inspections of visitors, contractors, and service personnel to verify identity and purpose of visit.
• Respond swiftly to security incidents or emergencies, including medical situations, utilizing first aid and CPR skills when necessary.
• Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and surveillance footage for accountability and reporting purposes.
• Enforce community rules and policies with professionalism, managing conflicts effectively while ensuring resident safety.
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents requiring external assistance.
• Conduct regular surveillance checks using CCTV systems to identify suspicious activity or potential security breaches.

Requirements

• Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Certification in first aid, CPR, and conflict management techniques is preferred.
• Familiarity with surveillance technology such as CCTV systems and loss prevention strategies.
• Strong understanding of security protocols, access control procedures, and emergency response plans.
• Excellent observational skills with the ability to remain alert during overnight shifts for extended periods.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and decisively while maintaining professionalism at all times.
