Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to lead our team in maintaining the highest standards of safety and security. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a commitment to outstanding customer service, and the ability to effectively manage high-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and coordinate a team of security officers, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

· Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, effectively managing emergencies and ensuring the safety of all patrons and staff.

· Provide exemplary customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

· Conduct regular security audits and patrols to identify and mitigate potential risks.

· Train and mentor security personnel, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.

· Collaborate with management to develop and implement security protocols and emergency response plans.

Qualifications:

· Must be at least 21 years of age.

· Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.

· Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in security, preferably in a high-end retail or hospitality environment.

· Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.

· Knowledge of security systems and emergency response protocols.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
