Position Summary
We are urgently hiring Security Dispatcher in Los Angeles. This role requires strong leadership, quick decision-making, and a dependable presence on-site. If you’re an experienced officer ready to take the next step—or a proven professional who leads by example, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and support security officers during shifts.
• Protect clients, property, and assigned locations.
• Act quickly and calmly in high-pressure situations.
• Provide professional customer service while staying approachable.
• Maintain strong communication with management and clients.
• Respond to and report incidents promptly and accurately.

What We Require

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred, not required).
• Prior security or leadership experience (required).
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Active Guard Card.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
• Professional appearance, attitude, and leadership skills.
