Schedule: Night/Early Morning 7:00PM – 5:30PM

• Coverage Days: Mondays to Sundays

CANDIDATE EXPECTATIONS: This is a High-Visibility post in a busy retail environment. We are NOT looking for "warm bodies" to sit in a car. We are seeking disciplined, alert professionals who can manage public interactions and maintain a strong presence. If you cannot commit to 100% alertness and professional conduct during the early morning hours, do not apply.

STRICT REQUIREMENTS:

• Credentials: You MUST possess a current, valid BSIS Guard Card.
• Professional Image: Impeccable grooming is a condition of employment. Uniforms must be clean and pressed. No unauthorized facial hair or visible piercings.
• Strict Attendance: Zero-tolerance policy for tardiness. This shift starts at 1:30 AM—punctuality is non-negotiable.
• Operational Excellence: No sleeping, no personal phone use, no unauthorized visitors. You must remain on your feet and active.
• Digital Proficiency: Must be comfortable using mobile apps for clock-ins and GPS-verified patrols.
• Local Candidates: Must reside within 25 minutes of Zip Code 91340.
