We are actively hiring 90 to 100 Security Officers over the next 3 weeks to staff premier HOA gated communities across Los Angeles! Multiple shift types and assignments available, including Guard Shack Access Control and Vehicle Patrol roles. Fast-track onboarding is available for qualified applicants with active California Guard Cards.

Job Summary

We are seeking professional, customer-service-oriented Security Officers for high-profile residential gated communities in Porter Ranch as well as posts in Beverly Hills and Bel-Air.

In this role, you will staff guard shacks or conduct vehicle perimeter patrols, managing access points, verifying visitor protocols, monitoring CCTV feeds, and overseeing package deliveries to maintain safety across the community.

Pay Rates & Schedules

• Full-Time Officers: $19.00 / hour (32–48 hours per week; Day, Swing, and Grave shifts available)
• Part-Time Officers: $19.00 / hour (8–24 hours per week; Weekend and Evening shifts available)
• On-Call / Flex Officers: $21.00 / hour (On-demand shift coverage for peak hours, vacancies, and holidays)

Key Responsibilities & Protocols

• Access Control & Guard Shack Operations: Verify driver licenses, resident decals, and credentials prior to granting entry according to community rules.
• Vehicle Patrol: Conduct mobile patrols of neighborhood streets, perimeters, and common areas to ensure visibility and site safety.
• Guest & Visitor Protocols: Check authorized visitor lists, log incoming guests, issue visitor passes, and contact residents for entry verification.
• Package & Delivery Oversight: Screen incoming couriers (FedEx, UPS, Amazon, local delivery services), log trackable packages, and direct delivery drivers to correct addresses.
• CCTV & Surveillance: Monitor live video feeds at gates and common areas to spot unauthorized access or safety hazards.
• Logs & Reports: Maintain accurate daily entry logs and record detailed incident reports as needed.

Qualifications

• Active California Guard Card (Required)
• Valid Driver’s License (Required for vehicle patrol positions)
• Experience: Experience in gate access control, guard shack duty, residential security, or mobile patrol preferred
• Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency for digital logs and visitor software
• Communication: Clear verbal and written English communication skills
• Reliable Transportation: Ability to commute to assigned posts in 91326, 90077, 90210, Porter Ranch, Bel-Air, Beverly Hills.

• 8-hour shifts / 12-hour shifts
• Day shift / Evening shift / Night shift

Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 60.0 per week
