Armed Officer

About the Role

Stratton Security Group is seeking a high-caliber Executive Estate Armed Security Officer to oversee access control for a private executive residence in Beverly Hills.

This position is stationed at a guard house and also includes vehicle patrol operations within Beverly Hills, serving as the first line of security and professionalism for the property.

This role goes beyond traditional guarding. The officer selected will represent the security presence and operational discipline expected in a high-profile residential environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong situational awareness, polished communication skills, and the ability to manage entry operations with confidence and discretion.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all individuals entering the property are properly authorized, while maintaining a calm, professional atmosphere and responding quickly and effectively when needed.

Core Responsibilities

• Control and monitor property access through the estate guard station
• Verify authorization for all visitors, contractors, and deliveries
• Conduct scheduled vehicle patrol operations within Beverly Hills as assigned
• Monitor and document incoming and outgoing traffic
• Maintain accurate daily logs and incident reports
• Communicate professionally with residents, staff, and approved visitors
• Notify the tenant of incoming packages, deliveries, or scheduled arrivals
• Maintain constant situational awareness of the surrounding environment
• Respond promptly and appropriately to unusual activity or security concerns
• Uphold a professional presence consistent with executive-level residential security

Mandatory Qualifications

• Active California Guard Card
• Active California Armed Permit
• Physically capable of responding quickly to incidents (including rapid movement if required)
• Strong verbal communication and professional demeanor
• Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently
• Clean, well-groomed appearance at all times
• No visible sleeve tattoos or neck tattoos
• Ability to maintain composed body language and respectful interactions

Preferred Experience

• Residential or estate security
• Executive protection or high-profile property security
• Access control or gatehouse operations
• Vehicle patrol experience
• Customer-service oriented security environments

Candidate Profile

This role is best suited for individuals who take pride in their professionalism and understand the expectations of high-end residential security environments. The officer must project confidence, discretion, and reliability, while maintaining a calm and controlled presence at all times.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
