Armed Security Officer, LA Area

Shifts: Sunday 2p-10pm; Monday & Friday 8:30a-5:30p

Looking for someone who is responsible, committed, loyal and punctual!!

Duties

• Monitor and control access points to ensure only authorized personnel and visitors enter the premises
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility, including surveillance of cameras and physical inspections of key areas
• Respond promptly to security incidents or alarms, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency responders as needed
• Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks to ensure accurate record-keeping
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct conflict management to de-escalate tense situations effectively

Requirements

• Valid armed security license or certification as required by local regulations
• Certification in first aid and CPR to provide critical support during emergencies
• Ability to handle conflict management with professionalism and calmness under pressure
• Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members and the public

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
