Interviews available between 8:30am-3:30pm.

Now Hiring: Armed Security Officers

Positions Available:

• Full-Time | Part-Time | Flex

Pay Rates:

• Armed Officer with Guaranteed Full-Time or Part-Time Hours: $20.50-$21.00 per hour
• Armed Flex Officer: $22.00 per hour

Available Shifts:

• Day, Swing, and Graveyard shifts available.
• Schedules determined at time of hire.

Minimum Licensing and Permit Requirements:

Applicants must have the following:

• Valid Driver’s License (no violations within the past 3 years)
• Current BSIS Guard Card
• BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit
• BSIS Baton Permit
• Pepper Spray Certification
• CPR or First Aid Certification
• Must own personal firearm and duty gear
• Reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous patrol security experience
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
• Professional demeanor and customer service mindset
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime if needed
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle and foot patrols of assigned properties
• Monitor for unauthorized activity and safety hazards
• Complete Daily Activity and Incident Reports using a mobile device
• Maintain professional communication with clients, colleagues, and the public
• Respond to emergency situations including medical, fire, and property incidents
• Maintain consistent attendance, professional appearance, and performance
