Hard Requirements:

• Local to the site.
• No issues with transportation or distance.
• Able to Walk and Stand
• Customer Service Experience

Experience Level Required: 1 year to 3 years

Pay Rate: 18.50

Type of Site: Foot Patrol Shopping Center

Exact schedule:

(30 Min Paid Meal Break- Waived Meal)

Schedule:

Thursday-Sunday 1700-2300

Duties

• Documentation via electronic device throughout the shift
• Inspections of Common Areas (Trash Enclosure, Vacancy Units, Roof Access)
• Submit detailed reports with pictures
• High Visibility
• Customer Service
• Respond to Calls for Service
• Work w/ Vendors/Tenants
• Hourly Foot Patrol
• Multiple Man Post
• Enforce Property Rules
• Trespassing Enforcement (High Activity)
• Parking Enforcement
