Unarmed Security Guard

Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and professional Unarmed Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. This role involves monitoring property, enforcing security protocols, and responding appropriately to incidents. The ideal candidate will possess strong observation skills, excellent conflict management abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment. Prior experience in law enforcement, military service, or security is highly valued. This position offers an opportunity to serve in a critical role that promotes safety and peace of mind for all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Hard Requirements:

• Physically Capable- Go Up and Down Stairs
• Work well with others- Team of 3 Guards,
• 3rd Party Vendors
• Local to the Site- No more than 25 mi
• Experience Level Required: Highly Experienced (3+ Years)

• Pay Rate: 18.50
• Type of Site: Trespassing Enforcement (High Activity), Foot Patrol Shopping Center
• General Duties: 8- Story Shopping CenterInspections of Common Areas (Trash Enclosure,
• Vacancy Units,
• Roof Access)
• Closing Procedures
• High Visibility
• Customer Service
• Respond to Calls for Service
• High Trespasser Activity
• Parking Enforcement
• 30 Minute Un-Paid Lunch
• 24- Hour location
• Hold Over Until Relieved
• Open Availability
• Multiple Officer Post (3 per shift)
• Work w/ Vendors
• Demanding Site
• Hourly Foot Patrol

Schedule:
Schedule (Swing)

Monday- 2 PM- 10:30 PM

Tuesday- OFF

Wednesday- OFF

Thursday-2 PM- 10:30 PM

Friday- 2 PM- 10:30 PM

Saturday- 2 PM- 10:30 PM

Sunday- 2 PM- 10:30 PM

Weekly Hours- 40 Hours
