Security officer- Full+Part Time

We are seeking a dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible with punctual attendance. URGENTLY HIRING:

Work Days & Hours:

• 3:00PM-11:30PM
• 7:00PM-3:30AM
• 11:00PM-7:30AM

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone
• Verify and record guests/visitors’ vendors, and delivery personnel before granting access
• Monitor surveillance cameras
• Operate the drive-in gate for residents, guests and vendors t enter
• Distribute waitlist forms to new applicants
• Distribute maintenance request forms t residents
• Monitor the parking lot
• Directing vendors to the appropriate parking spaces
• Secure the premises
• Respond to residents’ incidents reports
• Document and report security incidents, observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities
• Intervene in disputes or conflicts among residents and/or guests
• Remove unauthorized visitors/guests
• Provide customer service by assisting residents and visitors when needed and addressing their security concerns
• Enforce rules and regulations
• Remove unauthorized visitors/guests
• Respond to alarm signals and incidents
• Assist/respond promptly to emergency situations
