Lyons Security Service, Inc., PPO 12687, is now accepting applications for the Professional Security Service contract for the city of Anaheim.

What to expect:

Job Requirements:
- Interacting in a professional manner with the public.
- Assist the public with directions when needed.
- Understand Site Specific Strict Zero Electronics Policy (All Personal Phones and smart watches will be stored in a locker during shift hours).
- Meet Company and Contracted-Specific Uniform and Grooming Standards (including but not limited to, no visible tattoos, facial hair policy of Mustache only or mask, etc.)
- Be a visible presence in the entrance area and as assigned
- Screen individuals when entering City Hall
- Immediately reporting to building alarms and equipment maintenance failures
- Ensuring gates and fences are locked when City facilities are closed
- Promptly notifying appropriate City personnel and local authorities when emergencies occur
- Report any unsafe or dangerous conditions or circumstances to City Representative
- Making rounds of inspection to determine that fences, gates, doors and windows are properly
- Investigating unusual or suspicious conditions or activities closed and/or locked or otherwise properly secured.
- Preventing trespass on, damage to, or theft of City property.
- Patrolling parking areas.
- Using post management system to check-in at designated checkpoints.
- Provide tenants access to secured conference rooms.
Compensation: Based on the shifts
Shift Availability, weekend availability required:
We are currently looking to fill (all include weekend availability):
Day: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Mid Day: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Swing: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Graveyard: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Applying Requirements:
1. Must be able to meet the Job Requirements noted above.
2. Must have a current valid Driver’s License and CA Guard Card with neither ever suspended.
3. Must be able to actively patrol the City of Anaheim Screening patrons, interact with the public for 6-8 hours.
