Hiring Unarmed Security Officers

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team. The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees, customers, and property. Duties:

– Patrol the premises on foot or by vehicle to prevent and detect any criminal activity.
– Respond to emergencies and alarms, and ensure that any incidents are reported to the appropriate authorities.
– Conduct regular checks on CCTV and surveillance systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
– Monitor and report any suspicious activity or potential threats.
– Provide assistance to customers and employees as needed.
– Maintain accurate records of incidents, reports, and any other relevant documentation.
– Maintain a clean and organized security office.
– Conduct regular checks on fire extinguishers, emergency exits, and other safety equipment.
– Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

Skills:
– Experience with conflict management.
– Ability to operate CCTV and surveillance systems.
– Knowledge of CPR and first aid techniques.
– Ability to work in a militarized environment.
– Physical fitness and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
– Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
– Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
