We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Brand Protection Investigator (Enforcement), in the Los Angeles area, to work for an established investigative firm that has been in business for over 25 years. This position requires both in-office and fieldwork, demanding strong investigative instincts, discretion, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a clear communicator, critical thinker, and thrives under pressure while managing multiple cases. This position requires strong investigative skills and the ability to document findings through clear, detailed, and professional written reports.
Duties:
The Brand Protection Investigator (Enforcement) will primarily conduct field investigations utilizing both covert and overt approaches. They will be responsible for serving Cease and Desist letters, conducting compliance checks, documenting violations and findings, and preparing investigative reports. The Brand Protection Investigator (Enforcement) may be called upon to appear in legal proceedings and attend court hearings to provide testimony related to their findings. Field investigations will take place primarily throughout the greater Los Angeles area, and across the state of California. However, the Brand Protection Investigator (Enforcement) may occasionally be required to travel out of state for specific cases.

Preferred, but not required experience:
· Background in investigations or surveillance
· Prior security guard experience
· Fluency in Spanish or another language is a plus
· Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice/Criminology or another related field
