Security Shift Supervisor (Part Time)

Our firm is in search of a Part Time Shift Supervisor to provide oversight of personnel during their shift in a residential space, specifically a high-rise condominium complex located in Marina Del Rey.

Schedule: Swing Shift (3pm-11:30pm) Part time to start!

Security Supervisor experience is a MUST and a strong customer service background is required.

Job Duties:

• Provide supervisory oversight for a team of 5-8 security personnel.
• Manage the safety of all staff by ensuring strict adherence to company policy and protocols.
• Oversee time and attendance policies including rest and meal time compliance.
• Provide quality interaction and coordination between client and company.
• Provide oversight of the reporting function including all incident reports.
• Communicate with management daily.
• Maintains a safe and compliant work environment at all times.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in the security field
• Minimum 3 years of security service experience
• Excellent customer service background

Requirements:

• Must have current BSIS Guard Card
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Excellent management and supervisory skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Prolonged periods standing and walking on-site. Large Campus
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.20 per hour
